Rising League India (“we”, “us”, or “the Association”), a non-profit registered under the Societies Registration Act, is dedicated to promoting sports, fitness, and related activities across India, with a focus on Jammu & Kashmir. This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for engaging with our Association and the Privacy Policy governing the collection, use, and protection of personal information, aligned with our Memorandum of Association (MOA). Engaging with Rising League India implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, governed by Indian law with jurisdiction in Jammu & Kashmir courts.
Participation in leagues, tournaments, or programs requires registration and compliance with safety and conduct rules set by the Governing Body, including the Code of Conduct, Eligibility Rules, Anti-Doping Regulations, Safety Protocols, Fair Play Principles, and National Sports Policies outlined on our website.
The Association is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from events, except in cases of gross negligence.
These Terms may be amended by a 2/3rd majority vote of the General Body, subject to approval of the Registrar of Societies.
In the event of dissolution, the Association’s assets and liabilities shall be disposed of as per the Memorandum of Association (Clause VIII).
We collect personal information to fulfill MOA objectives, including:
Collected directly or indirectly from you or partners.
Used for membership management, event organization, financial operations, communication, governance, analytics, and legal compliance.
Shared with Governing Body, service providers, partners, or as required by law. No selling or renting of data; international transfers comply with the DPDP Act.
Secured with encryption, access controls, and secure storage at Qaimoh, Kulgam. Breaches will be reported as per legal requirements.
Access, correct, withdraw consent, or request erasure of data, subject to legal retention. Contact us to exercise rights.
Data retained for operational, governance (3-year terms), or legal purposes (e.g., 7 years for audits), with inactive data archived or deleted.
Amendments reflect legal or operational changes, notified via website or members, with continued engagement implying acceptance.
We commit to ethical conduct and member welfare as per our MOA, effective as of August 26, 2025.
